Description
Reclaimed Cheshire handmade bricks, hand-sorted at Jim Wise Reclamation. Dating from the late 18th century, these bricks were originally used on barns and farmhouses across the Cheshire area. Hand-thrown from local clay, they show the warm red-to-orange tones, sand-faced texture and gentle weathering prized for period and conservation work.
Measuring approximately 230mm x 78mm (9 x 3 inch), they are ideal for extensions, fireplaces, restoration and feature walls, and are frequently specified for listed-building and conservation projects. Expect natural variation, lime mortar traces and the honest wear of genuine period stock.
